Sierra Hadik HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! I haven’t worn my engagement ring for a year because I was moving furniture at work and caught my big stone on a chair causing it to fall out. Thankfully I had the stone! And a small one missing on the side. It was one of those tasks I kept putting aside. I woke up on my anniversary this year and wanted to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 9:30 am and they were done by 12:30!!!!!! He readjusted my large stone in place, added a small missing stone AND resized it because it was tight all for an amazing price. Such a great family business! Couldn’t recommend more.

Bruce InCharlotte Its a farmers market but for jewlers! A number of separately owned and operated counters here all competing for customer as you walk the aisles looking to buy or sell or whatever. Chains, rings, necklaces, you name it. Dad brought us here because he needed a watch battery replaced. Yes, people still wear watches. Not me, but others. He knew exactly where we were headed as hes had work done here before. There is plenty of parking and there is an armed security guard on patrol. Its all good here.

Tracy Kabeshita Ragen’s Is an amazing member of the team at Provident. She is always welcoming and helpful. She has helped me select a new watch when mine was stolen and problem solved when I purchased jewelry that wasn’t a perfect fit! She is accommodating and friendly, yet professional.

Bryan Creel I wanted to get my wife a ring for our 30th wedding anniversary coming up this year. We came to Spath and Stephanie was so helpful. She spent time with us to make sure my wife found the ring that was the right fit for her finger and helped customize the number of stones for her small hand. She also pointed out some considerations we hadnt thought about which was very helpful. Stephanie really made it a great experience and we were so excited to pick up the ring. It did not disappoint! We got it yesterday and it is beautiful. Its just like what she designed for us. We also picked up the care plan because it sounded like a great deal. Ill be honest, we considered buying a ring from Amazon, but Im so glad we came here instead!

I’ve picked up permanent bracelets from other places before, but this experience really stood out. Midian, the owner/operator, is so kind and personable — she made the whole process fun and easy.
