I called him that day and made an appointment to see him the very same day. Very informative on the limitations of how much work could be performed on the specific piece of jewelry I brought in before its structural integrity would be compromised. Rings actually looked better than new when everything was finished and the price to quality of craftsmanship ratio was beyond fair.
