Tim Keeports We had a wonderful experience, bringing in a wide range of gold and silver coins, old jewelry, and collectible coins for evaluation. The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value. These will now be donated to a local youth group. Thanks again!!!

No Name Talk about attentive! From the moment I walked through the door Rachel catered to my every need. Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful. She went as far as to sit down with me at a computer and customize what I was looking for from the ground up. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to even reply to my text messages on her day off. Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. Duane Bargeron JB is the best. I was looking for a Rolex Sub and called because of his google reviews. He sent me pics and the watch was mint. He was easy to talk to and patiently answered all my questions. We settled on a great price and I wired him the money. He shipped it overnight and I got it the next day. Highly recommended!!!!!
