He never pushed, or tried to talk us into anything. He also took the time to fix my husbands watch and show him how to adjust the date. And didnt charge us a single thing. Christine Brown Lowest prices, very friendly and welcoming! Went shopping for wedding rings and priced quite a few other stores before going back to see Pam at Aleena Diamonds. Pam was so patient and helpful and I couldn’t have had a more perfect experience here. The prices were half of everywhere else for the same rings. They had a jeweler on site to have our rings sized the same day for free, where as everywhere else charged for the sizing and it would have taken a week to get the rings back. I will definitely shop here from now on.

Brent Hamilton I had batteries replaced in two of my watches today, and the service was quick, friendly and professional. I stopped at another jeweler in the mall on the way to Elite, and the other jeweler said that they couldnt work on the kind of watches I had. Note that they have moved to an island-type booth near Victorias Secret and Ross Dress for Less.

Prices were fair on a lot of items. They do not accept offers on items fyi. Picked a few unique smalls. Staff was polite. Worth a look depending on what your looking for.excellent for beach themed decor.

Alexander Valledor I went in a for an engagement ring and Kathie was excellent, she helped me pick out the perfect ring. A few days later I went back with my finance to have it resized and we met Eli. We were absolutely blown away with Eli’s attention to detail and thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end, including examination of the diamond to taking photos and the ensuring we get the same ring back after resizing. Kathie was great and Eli absolutely went above and beyond! A++, thank you so much!

MoonlitVoz Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!

Beto Yanes Sherrie Alpert is amazing! She always takes care of me when I come. I’ve been getting my watch batteries changed here and my watch links adjusted here for some time now and they are the best! Quick, reliable, and reasonable pricing! They also have gorgeous pieces. I definitely recommend.
