The staff was absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. The studio itself is gorgeous with such a great atmosphere that made the whole experience feel luxurious and enjoyable. The selection was incredible - so many beautiful options to choose from that we were almost overwhelmed in the best way possible. The quality and craftsmanship are clearly top-notch. This was exactly the kind of meaningful experience we were hoping for, and we’re already planning our return visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique way to celebrate special relationships or milestones!

I wasn’t totally sure about the idea at first since I don’t always wear bracelets, but their team made the process so easy and fun. They helped me choose a thin, delicate, and elegant chain that feels perfect for me—I absolutely love it. They also had a beautiful selection of jewelry at their table, and I picked up a pair of earrings that I wore today and already received so many compliments on. The permanent jewelry service is such a wonderful and unique concept to have at an event, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
