Theresa Mckell William Phelps Custom Jeweler did the most amazingly fabulous work completely redoing my original wedding ring. John and Aaron worked together and used the diamonds from the original setting to create this most stunning piece to be paired with my band. They credit me for the original gold that was melted down. This credit was applied to the overall cost in which I was quoted, and agreed to, at the very start. Also, I was given back any unused original diamonds, no matter how small or if ever used again. All diamonds were counted at the start and accounted for in the end. I would HIGHLY recommend them to update (rework) a piece of any kind for anyone. Wonderful, extremely talented, and 100% trustworthy to work with, from start to finish—could not have asked or wanted for more. Beyond thrilled with my new GORGEOUS set!!!! HUGE thanks to John and Aaron!!!!

Susan Block I cant thank Silvio and his wife at Ocean Mile Jeweler enough for the incredible custom bracelet they made for my best friend. It was designed to honor her father, who recently passed. He was a military pilot and shared a love of travel and adventure with her. The airplane design came out perfect and is such a special tribute. Silvio was amazing throughout. He was great at communication, understood the vision right away, stayed in touch, and had it finished exactly when promised. He also worked with me on pricing, which I really appreciated. They only use sturdy, high-quality gold, and you can really see and feel the difference in the final piece. The whole process was smooth and heartfelt, and the bracelet brought a real smile to my friend’s face during a tough time. If youre looking for something meaningful or just beautiful jewelry in general, definitely check out their store. Highly recommend!

L P My husband and I visited this store today (Thursday afternoon) for the first time in the nearly 2 years that weve been in Florida and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of items under one roof. There is plenty to look at from umbrellas in wine bottle-shaped cases to hand-crafted jewelry to useful (and ornamental) home goods. There is a large price range. The bigger artisan glass centerpieces are obviously not for anyone with a modest budget, but if you know the work that goes into that art, I can understand the price tag... We were only supposed to be browsing while waiting for our order from Cheesecake Factory, but a pair of custom socks at the stand next to the counter caught my eye. The gray socks had "Worst Gift Ever" embroidered onto them next to a sad-looking sock sitting on steps. I decided that those would be PERFECT for a Dirty Santa gift exchange at work. (I was right - the gift recipient LOVED them!). I also bought motivational stickers to add to my holiday cards for decoration and a kitschy alligator pin for the lapel of my jacket. At the checkout counter, I met the owner, Paula, who was very friendly, informative, and efficient. She even neatly gift wrapped the socks (how thoughtful!) since I mentioned that I was bringing them with me to my holiday office party later that afternoon. I will definitely be visiting this store again for gift ideas and to see the new seasonal items that Paula displays the next time were in town. Ill tell my friends about this place so they can enjoy the interesting variety that this gift shop carries. Thanks for making our first visit a pleasant and memorable experience!

Haley Creamer Mandy was awesome in helping me find my necklace for my wedding and also helping my fiance with his necklace and bracelet. I loved Mandys personality and she was very friendly and talkative. She helped us figure out within our budget and let us see many options and wanted to go ahead and clean my ring while I was there. She provided awesome customer service! We will definitely travel back just to see her again.

Courtney Brown Simply cannot say enough good things about Congress and their amazing staff. Alex has helped us with many purchases, and watched our children grow, always assisting us with new sea shell charms to add to their little collections. Recently we connected over our shared love for the Atocha. It is now exaggeration to share that Alex spent hours with us that day. While we did make a purchase, I think he would I have happily done the same thing if we didn’t buy a thing. We are now proud owners of Atocha reals and hope to have a small collection of our own someday. It is special to know that these purchases have historical importance while also the strong emotional connection of the experience of working with Alex. We can’t wait until next time.
