1 /5 Rylie: I went in to look at beads (solid color, circular charms) with my sister. We were looking for a minute until a worker came up and asked us what we were looking for. We told her beads. She said “What do you mean beads?” We said “The beads you guys sell for your bracelets.” She said, very aggressively “Um, so you are talking about the charms? We don’t have beads.” We had to point at the solid colored beads for her to understand. After that interaction, she was so rude to us our entire visit. ROSALIE’S attitude was so off and it honestly really hurt our feelings. It seemed that she only started acting nice when she noticed I actually wanted to make a purchase. It really seemed like she only wanted the commission. Disrespecting customers over a small confusion is not okay. I would understand if it stopped after confirming what we wanted to look at, but she acted so disrespectful our entire visit. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat customers the way she did. I never would expect this from a Pandora employee.
