Not only did they source a replacement stone that matched mine perfectly, but they also preserved the original one and had it set into a beautiful pendant for me to keep—a gesture that meant more to me than I can put into words. She spent time with us to make sure my wife found the ring that was the right fit for her finger and helped customize the number of stones for her small hand. She also pointed out some considerations we hadnt thought about which was very helpful. Stephanie really made it a great experience and we were so excited to pick up the ring. It did not disappoint! We got it yesterday and it is beautiful. Its just like what she designed for us. We also picked up the care plan because it sounded like a great deal. Ill be honest, we considered buying a ring from Amazon, but Im so glad we came here instead!

love music Halsall Padilla My grandmother and mother shop at this jewelry store. I definitely became a customer to Ms. Santa’s shop. They have various selection of items they even do custom designs as well. They do have lay away plans available and are very convenient. Ms. Santa and her daughter are so sweet, kind, and are very knowledgeable about jewelry. And her husband and son are great at fixing any item that needs repairing. I broke my gold chain about 10 times last year and they were always patient with my crazy ass. But what I love about their jewelry selection is that I found some unique pieces that I have not seen anywhere else. I just finished purchasing my dream ring!!! It’s so cute and fancy. Erika Thibeau Lydia and the staff at Piercing Pagoda were absolutely amazing! My daughter who is 4 decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. Lydia was so sweet, professional, personable, and I cannot thank her enough. She is definitely great with small children. She explained everything she was going to do and even let her draw on her glove before putting the marks on her ears. Yes, she cried a little bit but a lollipop and a new set of earrings instantly stopped the tears. Thank you so much for making this memory a delightful one. Highly recommend.
