Rachel Loomis We were in town on vacation, and just happened to stop in their store, and I am soooo thankful we did! I have never felt more welcome at a jewlry store! His daughter let us try on many rings (there were 4 of us) and was so helpful! I felt bad that she had to take out so many rings, but she did it with a smile on her face and kept telling us it was no problem, when we kept apologizing ;). I found the PERFECT ring guard for my 28 year old wedding ring, my daughter got 3 rings, my sister in law got 2, and my sons girlfriend got 3 rings! They are all so beautiful and unique! Mr. Weldon just talked to us like we were family. They were so sweet and welcoming and so helpful, I "may" have given both of them hugs before we left. HIGHLY recommend just stopping in to browse their beautiful new and "previously loved", and antique jewelry!!

Jake Hubbard Great experience here. I had a platinum ring resized, an engraving done on an antique silver bracelet and I had my grandfathers antique ring cleaned and resized. They all came out beautifully and for a very fair price. AND, he was able to get it all done in just two days, which was important because I needed them before leaving the country. 10/10. I had been scouring the internet for the best deal(price per gram compared to the spot gold price) on a brand new 8mm 24" 14k SOLD gold Miami Cuban link chain. I checked over 20 different online jewelry stores( well known and the not so..). The best price I found was 23% over spot. Then I came across White Carat Companys website. I could not believe the price(at the time the cost was 3% over spot according to the approximate weight on the website). After some due diligence and seeing all the great reviews on the company, I decided I was going to pull the trigger. Also thinking to myself, I am going to use my AMEX. So if anything goes wrong, I am protected. But being the frugal person that I am, I had to wait 9 days until my billing cycle ended. That would give me 2 months to pay it off with no interest. :) For the next 9 days I kept checking the website praying that the price would not change. Finally on day 10, I placed my order for the 8mm-24" Elite Miami Cuban in 14K Gold on their website. I immediately received my order confirmation and receipt. The website stated "5 Business Days To Ship". On the 5th day, I had not heard anything. So I called the number that scrolls across the top of their website. Sunny answered the phone. I gave him all my order information and he said he would call me back. I thought to myself, "here we go with that BS" and I will have to pay the 23% from the other jeweler. But Sunny called me back and apologized that the website had not been updated because gold had appreciated so rapidly. He gave me 2 options: 1)a full refund back to my AMEX or 2)Zelle a few extra bucks and get it at the companys cost (doing the calculation at the time, it came up to 6% over spot instead of 3%). I took option 2!!! lol To make an already long story less long, 6 days later I received a beautiful handmade 14K Gold Miami Cuban Link Chain with the Gold Certificate. The chain hangs straight as an arrow with very tight links. I literally saved thousands of dollars(no tax, I dont live in FL) compared to the next closest jeweler. Sunny even threw in 3 Starbucks gift cards for my troubles. Thanks again Sunny and White Carat Co. of Miami. You have a customer for life! PS: I am 61" 210lbs with an 18" neck. An 8mm Miami Cuban Link Chain has a very substantial presence. Now I have to find a daily wear chain. lol

Kenny I bought my wedding ring at Nemaro after shopping around different places for a few months. Alejandro was a great help, very friendly and not at all pushy. The ring selection was very tasteful, nice quality and the price was great. The whole experience was fantastic, I would definitely recommend it.
