Nicholas Wheaton took a cluster of calcite I found in Arch Creek to get mounted into an earring. I was nervous since calcite is very soft, but David and his team pulled it off! Im very pleased to have had a local jeweler handle this local treasure.

Al does the jewelry repairs and any other requests that you may need and is a miracle worker with jewelry!! He is the absolute best!! I have since moved to Tennessee and had to have a repair done on my wedding ring and took it to a jewelry in Tennessee and they cracked my ring! Distraught... I called Al frantically and he said I can fix it, so my husband and I came from Tennessee to have Al fix my ring ... syn Simmons has been a winter park staple for years and I was sad to hear that they have been forced out of their old location. But the good news is they are right down the street in the old Taylors Pharmacy. I brought in my grandfathers watch today that I recently received to have it resized for my wrist. They did an excellent job, it was very fast and I was out the door, they didnt even charge me. Next time Im in the market for a watch Ill be sure to visit Simmons. They have a great selection of time pieces.
