Janice Bonham West I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.

Max Armas Yam was very helpful and patient when picking out jewelry. They have a very wide selection for both men and women! I found and earrings, both sterling silver for a good price! 10/10 would recommend!

Paul Dobracki Beverly & staff are wonderful. Met them at the trunk show a couple of weeks ago. Beautiful jewelry; I purchased a ring. Also left my wedding rings to be cleaned & inspected. Everyone was welcoming & friendly. My wedding rings look brand new! I would highly recommend Beverly Gianna Jewelry & Design if youre looking for a wide selection of jewelry. Lisa Moscarello I shopped yesterday. The staff members were friendly, but we’re slow to greet me. There were two associates and I realized they had customers but felt they should’ve greeted me right away. The transactions were taking a bit of time with the customers that were being waited on when another customer came in who I overheard say she was there earlier to have a ring cleaned. I was not present at that time. The conversation proceeded with the other customer getting loud and obnoxious, stating that the ring she brought in to be cleaned, was returned bent. She then went on to say that the ring was two years old and missing one of the two stones. It seemed like she was trying to get a free piece of jewelry. The Associates then attempted to help her when they were finished with their customers. A security guard overheard and came in the store and then sent the head security guard from the mall in. The customer seemed to have mental health issues because she was talking to herself the majority of the time and being very rude to the staff members. They did their best to defuse the situation. This customer finally left stating she was going to contact their corporate office and complain. I’m not really sure what she wanted, but I was glad that she left. I was in search of the Pandora keychain. The associate was having difficulty finding it because she wasn’t quite sure what it was. She did find the bag clip that you would hang from your purse while my Internet was trying to load, so I could show her which piece I was looking for. We finally were able to identify the piece online and then she located it and I purchased it and I’m very happy. I appreciated the professionalism of the employees in the store. Alana, was the sales lead in charge I was happy to get the Pandora piece that I was looking for. Breanna, the sales associate put it in a nice little box after she wrapped it in tissue paper she asked if I would like a bag, but I declined because it was small enough to fit in my little purse.

Kenneth Estevez I’ve been to Edian Jewelry several times when in a pinch and to purchase. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have the best customer service, their jewelry is flawless, the store is really nice, and they give good money for jewelry. I would definitely recommend Edian Jewelry to anyone.

Michael Stanley Angela and Carolyn were amazing. They helped me pick out my wife’s new wedding ring. They were patient and thoughtful through out the whole process. They got her exactly what she wanted and pictured. They even helped me pick out more ideas for Christmas and birthdays that were uniquely my wife. I will recommended them to everyone I talk to for jewelry.

Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! Rob Keenan I took these guys kind of an odd request on some tiny pieces of memorabilia stuff i needed help with. As a family owned small business owner myself to another, these guys are top shelf. I was super excited about how they got this job done for me. I would highly recommend this company and this family to anyone of my friends and family.
