1 /5 Bob: I have never been this upset about taking my Rolex to this jeweler. I spoke to Kevin at Tom Cooks when my Rolex needed servicing. First, it was my fault for noticing that Tom Cooks IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED ROLEX DEALERSHIP. I found that out as I was walking out the door (previously they were but for some reason Rolex discontinued them as a dealer). I was told that the servicing would be done in Ormond Beach at the Rolex service center. I received my estimate of $1625 about a week later. At this point I called the service center in Ormond and they said I could drop it directly to them. I canceled with Tom Cook and got my Rolex back from them. Dropped it directly off at the service center and about 3 weeks later received my Rolex back in perfect condition. Tom Cooks was charging me a little over $500 for Cooks handling to the service center. What a RIPOFF. NEVER AGAIN and NEVER COMING BACK. SEE YA COOKS

5 /5 Jana Alley: My fiance proposed in London! It was just like a fairytale. What made it even more special was the custom ring the master jeweler Stan Sullivan made. My fiance told me that Stan was in constant contact with him making sure that every step in the making of my ring was perfect...and it truly is. I cant recommend Stan enough and will be using him for our wedding rings!

5 /5 Christine Randel: I want to thank Vanessa at Tom Cook Jeweler Inc., for assisting me in finishing a project that I have been working on for the past several weeks. I had several pieces of my late mother’s jewelry cleaned, hand polished, fixed, resized, etc., I even had some of her vintage earrings and brooches fixed and some of the stones replaced and/or fixed. Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable, professional, diligent, friendly, and just an amazing person all around. Thank you!

They also have many high quality brands of watches, jewelry and gifts that are always available. My family and I have been clients of Tom Cook for many years and I am so grateful for their service. If you haven’t visited their lovely store you will be throughly please with their beautiful space and happy faces once you do. Right now I am excitedly awaiting a few new creations that they are working on using old stones and gold giving some lackluster jewelry new life. They will nestle in nicely with my new pieces that I have collected from their ever changing displays. I go to them for everything!
