Autumn Reid Stopped in looking for a small pair of diamond earrings for my bday. Had already been to several other places, and the prices at the other jewelry stores were ridiculous!! Luxor had the perfect pair of 1/2 carat diamond cluster earrings and they had EXCELLENT pricing!! Bought them on the spot. The gentleman helping me was polite, patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. Will def be my go to jewelry store from now on!!

Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. space charizard Came in to get the band of my citizen dive watch repaired and the very helpful staff addressed and repaired the issue while I waited. I fully expected to have to drop it off and leave, but they went above and beyond. I was in the store for less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business services to anyone who ask.

jimandkarin I brought over 250 pieces of costume and gold jewelry for review. Gabriel went through the whole lot and paid a fair value. I would have preferred a detailed account of which pieces were 10k, 14k and 18k since the value is based on gold content.

cara I had the best experience here yesterday with Victoria! I came in because I ordered my bracelet online and wasn’t sure if the sizing was right. Victoria was incredibly friendly and personable and I ended up buying new charms. She helped me style my charm bracelet and went above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back!
