The staff here was very knowledgeable, & gave me a fair price on resizing (from size 6 to 8), replacing a small diamond, tightening the prongs, & polishing this sentimental ring. She made the process simple, clean, and calm. I highly recommend going here and specifically Amber for your piercings! It’s been 6 days since she got her ears pierced and they are healing amazingly well and we have had no issues with swelling or infection (following Claire’s cleaning procedures). After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring!
