What stood out was how thoughtful and kind she was; she even offered refreshments for my baby brother while we waited. That extra touch of care made all the difference. Karen went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop by!

5 /5 Lance LaMee: In May of this year, I wanted to surprise my wife with an upgraded wedding band for our anniversary. I first took her to Zales where we had a miserable experience. We then went to Kay and had a better experience, but didn’t find what we were looking for. We eventually went to Reeds and the experience was night and day. We were helped by Brittany who spent a couple hours with us. She asked all the right questions, showed us numerous options and was able to finally dial in on something special. Although we had to order it, when it arrived, my wife absolutely loved it. Brittany even helped us with the design of the companion bands and turned the entire set into something really amazing. I would highly recommend skipping over Zales and Kay and going straight to Reeds. Although everyone in the store was great, Brittany really took the time to help us design something amazing for the occasion and we really appreciate her help.
