Misty Paez Today, I stopped by Kay’s to have my current rings evaluated and explore the possibility of trading them in for something special for my boyfriend. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Hope, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, and she offered honest guidance every step of the way. Hope made us feel completely comfortable, allowing us to view as many pieces as we wanted without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her kindness and professionalism truly made the experience enjoyable. We left with big smiles and two beautiful pieces that my boyfriend absolutely loves. Sloan Hurt I stopped in at Elie’s while on vacation. I saw a watch I loved & couldn’t stop thinking about it after I got home. I called & talked with Aiden & he said absolutely I could do a trade-in of some pieces I know longer wear. This transaction was completed through text, phone,email & UPS. They even paid for me to ship the items to them. The next time I’m in Boca, Elie’s will be on my list of places to visit. The store is beautiful & the jewelry is spectacular. S G I just picked up 4 jewlery pieces I had repaired and the outcome was amazing! I went in on Saturday with 5 pieces 30min before closing time & before mothers day..and they were able to fix up a ring for my mom within 20min on the spot! So friendly and accommodating. I picked up a bracelet, 2 rings, and a necklace today. The repairs are great, and the service is super friendly and fast!

Bryan Creel I wanted to get my wife a ring for our 30th wedding anniversary coming up this year. We came to Spath and Stephanie was so helpful. She spent time with us to make sure my wife found the ring that was the right fit for her finger and helped customize the number of stones for her small hand. She also pointed out some considerations we hadnt thought about which was very helpful. Stephanie really made it a great experience and we were so excited to pick up the ring. It did not disappoint! We got it yesterday and it is beautiful. Its just like what she designed for us. We also picked up the care plan because it sounded like a great deal. Ill be honest, we considered buying a ring from Amazon, but Im so glad we came here instead!

We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago.
