5 /5 Melissa Maneri: I walked into Dover Jewelry disappointed with prior appraisals on a ring - they were honest, said it was worth a little more they what I was told, and said they would do their best..... 48 hours later and it was sold for double it was appraised for! Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Shane, Ally, & Paola, thank you for all your help - I will be back and continue to refer friends and colleagues!

5 /5 Tea Two: Over the past 15 years I bought about a half dozen items of 18K gold estate jewelry from Dover. I always found the items to be as depicted in the online catalog. The purchases went smoothly and delivery was as promised. Following my wife’s death, some of the jewelry I’d bought wasn’t appealing to my daughter or granddaughters. I thought of Dover as a logical way to dispose of some items and reached out to them. After sending my items to Dover and having a couple of follow-up phone calls my items were listed by Dover on EBay . Within a few weeks the items sold for good prices. I’m very glad these high quality pieces will be enjoyed by someone else and not sit unused in my safe. Hamid and Ally were pleasant and professional. 4 /5 OI WONG: Ive been shopping online for the past 20 years, and Dover Jewelry is one of my regular shopping destinations. So far, my experience has been excellent. I recently began consigning some of my collectibles to the company, and it was during this process that I had the pleasure of meeting Ally. She is friendly and professional. She patiently explained every step of the consignment process and always answered my questions promptly. Her assistance has given me confidence in working with Dover. For me, the only downside to working with Dover is that their starting price ($1) is a bit low, so some of my pieces sold for far less than their actual value, which I think has prevented me from consigning more valuable pieces. Nevertheless, Id like to continue working with Dover because of their high-speed sales channels, and most importantly, Ive been very satisfied with Allys assistance and online service.
