5 /5 Heather Wright: Kiki is the best! She’s helped me a handful of times now! I take forever to make a decision and she was professional and patient the entire time. She’s got a great personality and she really helps you to find what you are looking for! I’ve even came to see her twice about some charms I bought on eBay and of course most of them were fake. Sent them back to eBay and bought through Pandora with her! Recently bought the chameleon, the purple leaf, and the letter H with her on my last visit. Thanks girly! See you soon! LOL!

1 /5 casey e: I went in to exchange my ring for the same ring just a bigger size because I got it as a birthday present. She didnt even look at the ring before saying no because it looked like it couldnt be "resold" when I have only had the ring on for not even 48 hours to make sure it fit and my fingers werent just swollen. She said the ring was not the right color when the ring obviously looks the same as it did coming out of the box then looked at the receipt and told me it was bought this day and I said yes it was a birthday gift that doesnt mean I was given it that day and I work 7 days a week so this was the only night I do not work and had time to go exchange it and I dont where rings to work that are important to me. I felt very judge and stereotyped just because I look younger then I am. So now because it was a gift and I feel terrible about not wearing it Im going to walk around with a ring that I can barely get on and off! Thank you for stereotyping me and assuming Im some teenager just trying to get a new ring pandora.

Cici and Sianse were two of the most helpful sales associates I’ve encountered at Pandora and I’ve shopped and browsed at numerous locations. They were very knowledgeable, helped me balance my charm bracelet, and offered to clean it for me. Going forward this is the store I will make all of my Pandora purchases.

1 /5 Tanzania Johnson: Have a better set up. Here to pick up an online order, initially was told to go ahead in. After standing inside for nearly 10 minutes, Jenna ( I assume the manager on duty) tell myself and another gentleman here for online pickup to go back outside and to the end of the line. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and picking up. It should take no more than 3 minutes to confirm identification and give me my already paid for items. I will not return to this location again, my first and last time.
