Grant Ke I have been going to Buchwald Jewelers for more than 20 years now. I have purchased bracelets, necklaces, earrings and watches. The pieces I have purchased were all outstanding and I have been very happy with each of them. Jeff is very knowledgeable and trustworthy which is why I keep going back. Always more than fair price and never a question of who I am buying from. In this day and age, when you are spending some money, you need someone you can really trust and believe me you can trust Buchwald.

I’ve taken several pieces of jewelry to be fixed here, on top of being so kind, and quick… they also make sure to keep their pricing affordable, especially compared to other places. I even went there one time thinking i would need to purchase a whole new gold clasp for my necklace, but the amazing woman working said “let me try something”.. Not only did she FIX it, when i asked what i owed her, she told me nothing. An amazing family to do business with, i’ve been amazed at how they everyone who walks through the door every time Ive gone there!

Kelly Krammer Provident Jewlery helped my husband pick the perfect engagement ring for me years ago. Since then I have upgraded my engagement band and wedding band with provident. Their attention to detail is always fantastic. I have also had my ring cleaned and repaired at the store, and it always comes out looking amazing. I recommend this store, 10/10!

Shannon Osborn Wow!!! What an experience. Jennifer was a “GEM”. From the first conversation over the phone, she not only was informative about products and services but how to get from Titusville to there STRESS FREE!!!! Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home. Came back the NEXT morning to pick up our pieces and man did they sparkle and shine. Better than new. And added a BEAUTIFUL piece to our jewelry collection for my husband and will be back to upgrade my diamond engagement ring soon! Please see Jennifer and tell her I said Hi!!!!

Erika Thibeau Lydia and the staff at Piercing Pagoda were absolutely amazing! My daughter who is 4 decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. Lydia was so sweet, professional, personable, and I cannot thank her enough. She is definitely great with small children. She explained everything she was going to do and even let her draw on her glove before putting the marks on her ears. Yes, she cried a little bit but a lollipop and a new set of earrings instantly stopped the tears. Thank you so much for making this memory a delightful one. Highly recommend.

She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the ongoing promotions and products available. I was a indecisive on what other items I wanted to purchase, but she was patient and assisted me in finding the perfect products. I had the most pleasant experience due to her assistance.
