I had a vision for a custom engagement ring and been trying to create it with an another local shop, but we were very discouraged by experienced high pressure sales tactics, lack of pricing transparency, limited selection of stones, etc. The positive difference at Harby Jewelers was noticeable from the very moment I stepped in the door. Brad was so easy to work with - friendly and comfortable communication, efficiency, and pricing transparency with no high pressure sales tactics. He helped me narrow down my preferences regarding stone color, and sourced five different stones for me to choose from. We were able to make adjustments on CADs over text to create the perfect ring together. The entire process was seamless with no extra pressure, and the ring turned out so beautiful!!! I highly recommend Harby Jewelers and plan to return to support this local business again in the future. Thank you again Brad, I appreciate you!!!
