Baron Zackery By shear luck and happenstance that I actually ran into this charming gem of a jewelry store (saw the sign as I was visiting a certain cookie establishment) Stopped in asked about making and designing a particular piece. Sales Professional Alia helped me with all of my thoughts, ideas and answered all of my specific questions with ease. She was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say the warm, open, family feel helped me to decide on my purchase, decision, and choice. Looking forward to doing business with you guys in the future as well. Great job!!

From picking the type and grade of diamond to the custom made artistry, they simply outdo everyone around. The care and concern also is seen by the way they treat you as an individual. To say that I’m happy with the product that they made would be an understatement. I have shown the custom-made ring to five friends, they all want it, but being custom is the key! Timothy Hill Kingsmark Jewelers took a fixed a ring that I’ve had for over 15 years. It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

Bryan What an amazing experience !! from the moment i walked in a i was greeted by Sabrina who was very kind and welcoming. Told them what kind of piercing i wanted (surface piercing) and got Allison from the back to help me with it! Allison was very nice from the start to finish. she introduced her self and was very excited to do the piercing! she told me about the process , very informative , and let me choose the jewelry! at first i wanted the piercing on one side but she recommended to do the other side just because of old scarring, which i did not mind her recommendation ! Allison was so great , she made me calm and very excited to do this. She is very professional , everything is clean , and sterile . Through the process she gave me such positive reinforcement that i never had from professional piercer. Sabrina was very helpful when telling me about the after care! I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a piercing to come here and ask for Allison! Thank you so much and most def see you soon!!
