From the first conversation over the phone, she not only was informative about products and services but how to get from Titusville to there STRESS FREE!!!! Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home. Came back the NEXT morning to pick up our pieces and man did they sparkle and shine. Better than new.
