S G I just picked up 4 jewlery pieces I had repaired and the outcome was amazing! I went in on Saturday with 5 pieces 30min before closing time & before mothers day..and they were able to fix up a ring for my mom within 20min on the spot! So friendly and accommodating. I picked up a bracelet, 2 rings, and a necklace today. The repairs are great, and the service is super friendly and fast!

Mary Nell Sheridan Excellent repair service for fine jewelry. I have purchased jewelry or had repair work done here for many years now. An excellent jeweler is in the store so repairs do not have to be sent out. My repair on my diamond ring was done in one day and I told him he was not charging enough for his work.

Brie Gwaltney I visited Vincent today and he is absolutely wonderful. I had a locket that holds my dads ashes and the locket wont stay closed. He fixed it right there while I waited. And made sure it would stay closed for me stating he wouldnt want me to lose the ashes and the sentimental things mean alot to him. I was having a difficult day and visiting him today and how very nice he was really reminded me that there are truly nice and caring people out there still. I am so very grateful that I met Vincent and he did this repair for me. His shop is cozy and he makes you feel right at home. I will be back very soon as I have a few more things to fix. Brooke Long Paige was absolutely wonderful! My family came in on my sister’s wedding day to get permanent jewelry, and Paige made the afternoon so special! The jewelry is beautiful and the charms brought each piece together!
