Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!

DeAnne Carter 5 stars is NOT enough! Haley & her staff @ Hometown Jewelry & Loan are absolutely amazing! Haley is one of the most talented jewelry designers and I absolutely adore her. She helped my husband surprise me with a gorgeous custom made 5 carat diamond ring as a “15 year upgrade” from my original wedding set & it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! The sentiment and meaning behind every single detail in this ring is just perfection! I was a huge fan of Haley & HJL before & had several pieces from them, but now they’re stuck with me for good! Tim Sams Travel USA I love the multiple choices of items found in this antique mall. Ive found several of my antique yard art items here in this mall. It’s in a strip mall downtown in Melbourne Fl. The staff here has been very friendly each time i go shopping. The mall is clean and most important doesn’t smell like an old antique shop. If you plan going don’t forget to try to negotiate some off the price. I usually get 15-20% off retail prices off my yard art items. They’re always nice enough of them to wrap my concrete items to take with me. For old people like me they clean bathrooms. Good luck on your hunt for your next antique.
