5 /5 Ana Rodriguez: Absolutely stunning crystal shop, has everything I could want and more. Even the items they display the crystals on are for sale and usually handmade, like the stunning driftwood with brass stands that display crystal balls. The owners of the shop are extremely kind and knowable and are just all around good people. The shop itself even has cute photo opportunities such as a flower wall with wide wings made of real crystals. I honestly felt lighter after just spending a few moments (more like an hour) browsing their wide selection of stones. Beautiful location as well, we stumbled across the shop after a few drinks at a near by bar and I was just drawn to it. 10/10 would recommend visiting, even if it is just for a look.

I’ve shopped around a lot and Lily Rose is above and beyond others in the warm and inclusive environment, exceptional service provided, and the authenticity and high grade quality of the gemstones and crystals offered. It has become my happy place. The owners Sarah and Joe are kind and delightful, highly knowledgeable, and fully invested in giving each customer a memorable and unique experience. I could go on and on, as I have grown very fond of this beautiful company and its wonderful owners.

5 /5 Beenie: What an awesome store. The second I walked in I felt instantly better. I love all the positive vibes. I absolutely loved my experience in the store. Sarah is so knowledgeable about all of her pieces and how to use the crystals. I felt the difference in the positive energy of the stones at Lily Rose versus what Ive purchased online. The store is PERFECTLY decorated and laid out. Sarah went out of her way to make sure I completely loved the necklace that I purchased. She changed the chain and showed me various ways I could wear it. When she showed me the necklace that she thought I might like better, it gave me goose bumps because it reminded of my childhood set I once had, loved, and still have a piece I hold onto for memory. I left the store feeling peaceful and happy and that was not how my day started out. Rate this store and owner 10 out of 10!

5 /5 Elizabeth: First visit today. Raine is the true gem! Walked in after trying 4 stores for a gold chain. Raine went above and beyond, going out of her way to sell me the exact matching perfectly sized chain necklace I needed for a gold pendant to fit my tiny neck for visibility, and place/adjust it for me. Wow, outstanding service. This is a shop of true artisans. She was patient and well equipped to handle my yapping, answering any questions on the spot, knowing the exact location of what I was asking about. Her knowledge is vast and precise. I’ve been into crystal shops where I pick up a necklace, ask the stone (which is not marked) and the associate has not known or made a guess. How silly that I was in search of an owl necklace for a friend, and there it was! I got the other as a gift as well. And to top that, she provided cards to identity and describe the stones. I love when places do that. The lighting in my picture doesn’t do it justice. Top notch service and selection. Lovely place. Big thank you to the owners for facilitating this. How great is our God?

My previous review......after reading a review yesterday I feel relieved that Im not the only person whos had no response following a purchase - including the shipping fee to the UK.
