Fallin Turner I purchased two ring from her a year ago and the diamonds fell out while washing my hands! When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues

L P Fast and friendly service. I bought my husband a ring online that we wanted to return so we went to the local Gainesville Pandora at Oaks Mall. We were greeted by a friendly counterperson who took care of us soon after we walked in. The return was fast since I had purchased the ring on my Pandora account (highly recommend joining their free membership if you hate keeping paper receipts) and the refund went directly back to my credit card. Id return here again for additional accessories since they also have 10% off for veterans and UF employees:) thanks for a great first visit!

Jaime Atwell Just got pierced with my mom for her birthday. Mom got the hidden helix (chain one) and I got a regular helix(star). The piercer is so sweet and informative! Luanne Hemann Wesley The staff is amazing. This jeweler replaces watch batteries fast and are very reasonable in repairing jewelry. They communicate well when your repair or purchase is ready. These are “2” items they fixed the bands on and replaced the batteries.
