1 /5 Cassandra Vieira: I came in to ask about bracelet balancers because I was told at another location having one on each clip of the bracelets kept the health of the bracelet. When I asked about what they had available, the associate should be 5 but when I identified ones I had bought in the past as balancers, I received “Oh yeah that’s one too.” That shows she want very well versed in her merchandise. When I asked if having only one balancer would negatively affect the bracelet, she responded “What do you mean?”. I repeated my question and added I currently had one balancer and 1 charm, how would affect the bracelet. The response was short “It won’t.” as she seemed frustrated from doing her job. The whole experience made me not want to purchase anything at this location. I will go somewhere else.
