B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. Mark This is my new go-to jeweler. Absolutely fantastic! Repair/service prices are outstanding. They were incredibly quick and efficient, with superb craftsmanship. Their jewelry prices are surprisingly reasonable. Very friendly and professional staff, with a very clean establishment and plenty of parking. I can see why they have a perfect rating. He was so kind and informative on procedure and the different ways a transition could be handled. I felt like I was treated very fairly.
