I attended a pop-up event and was celebrating a significant milestone - 25 years cancer free, proudly wearing my crown. Katelynn and Lynn made my visit unforgettable by showering me with kindness and generosity. Their exceptional customer service truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they acknowledge my milestone with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, but they also went above and beyond by gifting me the most stunning heart necklace. It was a touching gesture that I will always cherish. Katelynn and Lynns thoughtfulness and attention to detail made me feel incredibly special and appreciated. Rose Hampton Joel is phenomenal! He made my engagement ring & our wedding bands and is just an amazing artist and goldsmith to work with! He was able use many family diamonds in the design which made the pieces even more special. I can’t wait to design and buy our next piece of jewelry from Joel!! Deanna Butts I was a little afraid of shopping online for an upgrade to my engagement ring, but Venazia was awesome. My person, Nathalie, was extremely helpful and kept me updated the entire time. I designed my own ring and Nathalie helped me thru the design process and sent me mock ups. The fit was perfect and the outcome was perfect! I absolutely loved the rings!! Thank you, Nathalie!! Update - I’ve lost some weight and I needed my ring to be resided by a quarter size. While at that, I wanted a few changes to the ring after living in it for a few months. Nathalie, once again, was amazing! She worked with me to get the perfect fit and make the little changes that I wanted to my ring. I cannot express gratification enough! Updated photos are attached!

Girll Heyy (aye yo) Working with Lanessa at Cash Out Gold was such a great experience. From the moment we connected, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She’s not just professional—she’s genuinely kind and honest, which meant so much to me during the process. Kristen I have only ever done business (though I have been in many other jewelry stores) with Steve once we moved to Florida. He and his staff are hands down the best in the business. They are always welcoming and pleased to see me. It’s definitely a family vibe. I love that they have unique pieces, both new and estate. I’ve had pieces repaired, jewelry cleaned, and appraisals done, in addition to purchasing new pieces.I have recommended him to family members who have also done repeat business with them. Krystal Bishop I host corporate events and this place as a venue is spectacular, the center is all common area surrounded by high end boutiques that sell high end watches, Jewelry, cool accessories. They have a beautiful bar area all our guests were having an amazing time and even purchased a few gifts for themselves.
