Max Armas Yam was very helpful and patient when picking out jewelry. They have a very wide selection for both men and women! I found and earrings, both sterling silver for a good price! 10/10 would recommend!

Ray Van Blarcom Went in to have the crystal on my watch put back on. They put it back on in less than 20 minutes, cleaned and polished the watch and made it look like new. Fast, friendly, courteous and absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Dawn Productions Royalty Fine Jewelers is an excellent Jewelry Store! Andy and Eileen are very personable and friendly. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!

Alex Knight Odalys helped us out today getting information for buying a ring. She is the sweetest person to ever help us and is a true image of customer service. If you ever come here, ask for her. Absolutely amazing experience.

Amanda Rivera My husband went into this store at the last minute looking for a gift for my upcoming graduation. We spent a bit of time in there picking just the right necklace charm for my accomplishment. The piece I decided on had to be ordered and was likely a 7 day turn around. To our surprise the piece arrived the very next day and before my graduation. When I picked it up and thanked them they told me that they called he company after ordering to put a rush on it because they could see how much it meant to us. Coming to Grimal Joyerias, was the best decision I made there are lots and lots of jewelers in Miami that are making Cuban necklaces and bracelets but there is only one Angel Grimal !!! if you know anything about Angel Grimal you would know that he is world famous. he has made jewelry for rappers and athletes from all over the world. You can see his creations which are absolutely amazing !! I wanted a custom, handmade Cuban link chain 9 mm wide 24 inches long a handmade lock and my initials in diamonds. After speaking with Laura, she told me she could have this made in a week or so I was impressed !! A week later I picked up my chain at a FedEx location and was blown away by how heavy and beautiful it is, words can’t describe how amazing this chain feels around my neck !! The attention to detail is like none other the quality of the gold and diamonds, the craftsmanship and workmanship are the best that you’ll ever find. Loree Thompson Very fast shipping! I was provided a tracking number an hour after I placed my order and received it 4 days later! The packaging showed pride and care in their business and the product. The pendant I ordered was in a nice box tied with a beautiful bow, a handwritten note and a wrapped thank you candy. This pendant/charm matched a bracelet I received when I was probably 7 years old (I’m 68 now) and was thrilled when I saw it. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
