However, I am beyond appreciative of the amazing customer service as well as the gorgeous jewelry. Recently I had a ring that lost a stone and they were willing without hesitation to redesign the ring without additional charge to me. Kathy just wants the customer to be happy. It’s hard to find a store in Boca that exceeds my expectations every time I do business with them. Thank you. I highly recommend this family owned store.

clifton quiggins Stopped by the Pensacola,Cordova Mall location to have my necklaces cleaned. Decided to look at upgrading my charm. I found one I liked so I decided to get it. Mrs. Edna let me know about using my old charm ( also purchased their) as an upgrade. They gave me exactly what I paid for that charm 3 years ago in credit towards the new one. This person went a step further and contacted Sorrelli on my behalf, which facilitated the repair process. Good customer service is somewhat of a lost art in these modern times, so its refreshing when someone goes out of their way to be of assistance.
