I was shipped the wrong charm in error (easily done) and a new charm was sent the next day. I have nothing but great things to say. The charms are just perfect too Thanks Nicole. Brilliant

Jennifer Russo I walked in looking for the seashell ring and was disappointed that they sold out even online but Maria at this store found me one and i was so happy and thanked her a million times. She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well. She was very nice and attentive and loved how she took care of me as well. Definitely come and check out the beautiful jewelry they have at this store and there nice employees.

Jerry Stout Have had several watch batteries replaced here. Courteous and efficient. When one of my watches did not work correctly, they put another battery in, even though the battery showed it was fine. Nice selection of Jewelry too. Plus as an added bonus they work on antique clocks and watches.

Kristin Veltema We are very happy with how well it went to have my 9 year old daughter’s ears pierced at this location! Amber did an amazing job calming my daughter’s nerves. She made the process simple, clean, and calm. I highly recommend going here and specifically Amber for your piercings! It’s been 6 days since she got her ears pierced and they are healing amazingly well and we have had no issues with swelling or infection (following Claire’s cleaning procedures). Jos Voltage Bar at The Florida Mall – 10/10 Experience! We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday at Voltage Bar, and everything was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. A special touch was seeing my daughter’s name on the screen, which made the experience even more personal. Mercedes did our permanent jewelry, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. We had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!

Janie Renaud I had a wonderful experience at Pembroke Jewelers. Melissa greeted me and had suggestions for repair of a vintage bracelet. She was very professional and got back to me with the cost after the jeweler assessed it. Very fair price and quick repair. I picked up the bracelet and they not only repaired the clasp and added a few links but cleaned it and polished it. Beautiful work.
