My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with his service. What stood out the most was his patience and care—it’s so rare to experience that nowadays. He made what could have been a very hard decision feel so easy. Once I found the right ring, we both just knew it was the one, and Curtis knew it too. Alane Elizabeth Jax Jewelers House did an amazing job with my wedding band! My engagement ring was a unique shape and I also had a diamond from my mother’s engagement ring I wanted to include. Amir and Rahin came up with such a special design that made the pieces look fantastic together. On top of their friendly personalities and superb craftsmanship, they communicated well, had a fast turnaround time for custom work, and even made my engagement ring shine beautifully. I can’t thank them enough! 10/10

Darryelle Wingate Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!

Curtis & Barbara Powers We absolutely love Gause & Son Jewelers! Sandy is our favorite salesperson, but everyone there is wonderful. I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem! We highly recommend Gause & Son Jewelers for any and all of your jewelry needs and desires!
