5 /5 Ray Van Blarcom: Went in to have the crystal on my watch put back on. They put it back on in less than 20 minutes, cleaned and polished the watch and made it look like new. Fast, friendly, courteous and absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

I was not able to go into the shop but needed something special. Valery took the time to send me pictures of what I was looking for and helped me get it engraved and even sent me a picture of what it would look like before it was done. The best part other than the amazing customer service was the fact that they had to order what I was looking for but got it the next day plus engraved just as I wanted.
