We got me a new wedding ring/anniversary ring/vacation present and Bob helped us pick out a beautiful gold ring with a sapphire and diamond accents. I absolutely love it! MoonlitVoz Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!

jimandkarin I brought over 250 pieces of costume and gold jewelry for review. Gabriel went through the whole lot and paid a fair value. I would have preferred a detailed account of which pieces were 10k, 14k and 18k since the value is based on gold content.
