Milton Ataca I dont remember the last time I had such an excellent and pleasant customer service experience. I originally came to this shop to have some links taken out of my PRX and have it adjusted. Mariano was kind enough to have this service done for me free of charge even though I didn’t purchase from him. We had a nice talk about watches, its like Ive known him for years! What a great person to talk to. I would recommend this shop to anyone thats looking for a great selection of watches / jewelry + 10/10 customer service.

Jessica Gehm Wonderful watch repair experience. I wondered in to get a watch sized with a battery replacement. The owner was patient with the customers ahead of me, then me. He tried my watch on my wrist several times. Sized it perfectly. The price was perfect also. I will only have watches sized at Sunshine going forward.

Lindsay Amick I wish I knew the name of the two women that helped us while we were picking out our wedding bands the day before our wedding, we had really slacked on getting them and didn’t really expect to leave with anything with how close the wedding was. We had hoped to find something our size, but we ended up having even better luck than we anticipated coming to Westchester Gold! The two women who helped us were extremely patient and helpful! They sorted through rings to get our best fit and found the perfect wedding band jacket for my engagement ring! They ended up re-sizing 3 rings, and spent an hour sorting through finding which one my husband wanted. They were excellent with their customer service and they had it ready the next morning in time for our wedding. Perfect sizing, and even shined up!
