Very welcoming and professional. 10/10 recommend talking to her about any jewelry questions you might have. She even helped me get a replacement for an opal on another ring that had some issues. Getting our wedding rings from Kay’s was very special. Thank you again for all your help Liz!!!

I bought these rings years apart (you can tell I have a certain taste, but she has many options). I bought the chain with the pendant and wear them both daily. No regrets and will be back again. Mary Nell Sheridan Excellent repair service for fine jewelry. I have purchased jewelry or had repair work done here for many years now. An excellent jeweler is in the store so repairs do not have to be sent out. My repair on my diamond ring was done in one day and I told him he was not charging enough for his work.

I’m even coming back to let them check/fix a piece of jewelry I’ve had that has been broken for a year now. Due to not finding someone I can’t trust until now.

Mike was very courteous and welcoming, giving us both a firm handshake upon entering and exiting. They also have a large selection of gold, silver, and jewelry products. Amir and Rahin came up with such a special design that made the pieces look fantastic together. On top of their friendly personalities and superb craftsmanship, they communicated well, had a fast turnaround time for custom work, and even made my engagement ring shine beautifully. Jeff McGill Awesome small shop in New Tampa! Great service and extremely fair pricing. Took in two watches for repair (one for battery replacement, the other for link removal from band) and both were done on the spot and completed in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning soon!
