5 /5 Lindsay Amick: I wish I knew the name of the two women that helped us while we were picking out our wedding bands the day before our wedding, we had really slacked on getting them and didn’t really expect to leave with anything with how close the wedding was. We had hoped to find something our size, but we ended up having even better luck than we anticipated coming to Westchester Gold! The two women who helped us were extremely patient and helpful! They sorted through rings to get our best fit and found the perfect wedding band jacket for my engagement ring! They ended up re-sizing 3 rings, and spent an hour sorting through finding which one my husband wanted. They were excellent with their customer service and they had it ready the next morning in time for our wedding. Perfect sizing, and even shined up!

4 /5 craven sunshine: Heidi helped my daughter and I find 2 rings and a bracelet we love. She was so sweet. They sized it down for free and gave us a reasonable price for all three items. The only negative thing I will say is when I returned 2 days later to pick up the resized ring I stood there for quite a long time and not one of the employees even acknowledged my presence. Several even walked right past me and didnt make eye contact. Id recommend some work on this, but otherwise happy and I will return.

5 /5 Angela Navarro: Bought a pearl necklace here. Also bought a brooch. they customized the necklace to add the brooch. It came beautiful. Westchester Gold and their employees are very accommodating and want you to to be happy with your purchase.

5 /5 James Lester: Honest review . Steve nice guy his shop hands down the nicest pre own guys jewelry in the area . I just wish the people he put in charge didn’t always make my blood pressure go up . Again you won’t find guys jewelry like his in this quantity anywhere in this area . And his prices are fair . Just all times, I buy, I leave very upset due to his management staff . But to be honest you won’t find this many guys gold items within 500 miles . His shop is unbelievable amazing when it comes to what I like. It’s not fair the way the management is allowed to talk , he gets very rude and aggressive. People in the service he is in I would recommend the owner to have a talk with him or maybe bring in someone else . That’s just my opinion . But again go shop here . The selection is untouchable in this area the regular staff are friendly as well . And Steve is a man of his word . So I definitely would love to continue to buy off his shop .

5 /5 Alyssa Cifuentes: I bought a necklace a few weeks ago that was catching & pulling my hair (I have long, thick, curly hair not the necklaces fault) The assistant manager Jennifer was the one who helped me both times and she is delightful! She helped me find a chain style that would work better for my hair and not catch as much. I ended up purchasing a different style chain in a longer length and she gave me credit for my original purchase. Very satisfied and thankful for her help!
