I was fortunate to meet the Manager his name is Kash. I have never meant someone so professional and knowledgeable. We purchased an Omega Speedmaster meteorite. 1 /5 Lita: My boyfriend and I visited this jewelry store at Disney Springs while looking for engagement rings and watches. Despite there being more employees than customers, no one offered to help me as I browsed the ring cases; however my boyfriend, who was better dressed and wearing a nice watch, was helped right away. Even when I joined him, the employee assisting him still didn’t offer to help me with anything. As an interracial couple, the disparity in treatment felt not only dismissive but potentially racially motivated to me. I don’t typically write reviews of this nature, but I feel it’s important to share this experience in the hope of raising awareness and encouraging more equitable service for all future customers.
