I was shipped the wrong charm in error (easily done) and a new charm was sent the next day. I have nothing but great things to say. The charms are just perfect too Thanks Nicole. Brilliant

5 /5 C. Brown: I purchased twice in the same week. I had a couple of questions. My email to the customer service department was replied to immediately, and in perfect detail, by Nicole. Both purchases came ahead of schedule and both exceeded the way they were listed. Items were sent instantly, packed well, and are made with top shelf quality. This was an excellent experience. I recommend them highly. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Much gratitude & respect.

1 /5 Marilyn Brown: Be wary - the location of company as in their photo is actually a motel! The jewellery is made in VietNam Don’t waste your money on these children 14 k gold stud earrings . They are so thin they hardly register on a ruler. 1/32 mm thick and the back of design looks like a plated metal . No 14k stamp as required to confirm it’s 14 k gold. It came in a cheap brown box with a small white flip case for earrings. However it’s all cardboard inside and the holes where earrings are to be kept are too large to hold the earrings and they don’t stay affixed with the post rather just fall behind the cardboard insert. Not very nice when paying $124.00 CA even $89 USA They are presented inside the cardboard box which holds the white jewellery box . The earrings are so small that they put them in a tiny plastic baggie and have a thin plastic loop to hold one together. These will definitely be lost inside your child’s bedroom . I think this is a rinky dink company. I emailed them re delivery for my Granddaughter Birthday and a reply was personally written by email that the earrings were routed through the Netherlands and to Australia which it was included with several hundred other parcels awaiting Shipping. I actually got them the next day and had to pay $24 customs on earrings that are not worth it Go to a local jewelry shop and avoid this questionable supplier of so called 14 k How much 14 k is not known I should have read this more carefully It’s deceiving because they don’t tell you the width of the earrings which are extremely thin The woman in the post office were shocked at how tiny and how poorly it was packaged As if from a bin and thrown in a baggie and cheapest box on earth Stay clear .

I was too attracted by their jade pendants so I placed an order with Billy the Tree, and Nicole was very helpful in assisting my order. Three weeks later, I must say that I am extremely impressed and satisfied by both the quality of the jade pendants and the quality of the service from Billy the Tree. Thank you a whole bunch!!

5 /5 Carole L: Im in Canada and have been ordering gifts from BillyTheTree for a few years now. The convenience of having them ship to the recipient is wonderful. They are so easy to contact too and always helpful. One of my last gifts was a magnetic bracelet, Id ordered it too small, my daughter contacted them directly and they helped by immediately shipping more links and only charging a nominal shipping fee. This year I also treated myself to a few items, couldnt resist and I wasnt disappointed. Great company!
