Larry Russell Jr A Very Awesome Piece of Jewelry. The craftsmanship in the attention to the details of the lion and the chains that bind it are truly amazing. The ring feels good on my finger and its not too heavy. It is truly a masterfully crafted piece of jewelry. The sizing is perfect for a slightly below average finger. Customer Service is great. Every time I asked a question about the status of my ring, I received an immediate response. It was really great doing business with NightRider and I wouldnt hesitate purchasing more jewelry from them and I highly recommend checking them out. A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Wildalis was the wonderful worker who helped me. She scoured the Zales records to find my information and it took some time because it has been so long since I purchased the ring. She found the info, and then proceeded to take care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly helpful, exceeding professional, and earned a customer for life.
