kat Helton This place is trash. The manger is rude. Definitely a scam of a jewlery shop! Do Not buy from them they don’t take returns which is a huge red flag. The manger right off the bat was rude to my mom and I over her earrings! This place needs to be closed down!

I am so very pleased with all I bought and my grandson loved his ring and braclet. The owner helped with suggestions but NEVER pressured me to buy anything! He is from England and we had a great conversation about the GREAT princess Diana...wonderful place and people!!!!

Jennie I absolutely love this store and will make future purchases. My husband and I just celebrated our 20th anniversary. We were married in Maui so we wanted something special. Funny thing, we both shopped there without knowing until we exchange gifts during our party. I bought him an incredible watch and he bought me a beautiful anniversary ring. If you listen, things in Hawaii have very special meanings, you will understand if you visit the islands. The staff was amazing and took the time to wrap the presents beautifully and tell the story of the merchandise. Prices were completely fair, do not forget that you are buying something in Disney Springs and a speciality store. I would absolutely buy from them again. Aloha!

evie duffy It was my first time there & the staff was very friendly. I went in for a watch battery & they helped me right away. As I looked around I saw a beautiful pair of dolphins earrings. My daughter loves dolphins so I took a picture to show her husband. HINT HINT. This won’t be my last time there. They have gorgeous jewelry & a beautiful store.

Aaron Taylor Me and my Fiancé went down to Orlando to get married. I had forgotten to get a wedding band for the wedding and we were scrambling to find one when we stumbled upon Madison’s jeweler’s. The Owner and his Niece were super kind and were able to find a band that matched her engagement ring and resize it for us. They even helped resize mine to the correct size on site 10/10 would recommend!

L P My husband and I visited this store today (Thursday afternoon) for the first time in the nearly 2 years that weve been in Florida and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of items under one roof. There is plenty to look at from umbrellas in wine bottle-shaped cases to hand-crafted jewelry to useful (and ornamental) home goods. There is a large price range. The bigger artisan glass centerpieces are obviously not for anyone with a modest budget, but if you know the work that goes into that art, I can understand the price tag... We were only supposed to be browsing while waiting for our order from Cheesecake Factory, but a pair of custom socks at the stand next to the counter caught my eye. The gray socks had "Worst Gift Ever" embroidered onto them next to a sad-looking sock sitting on steps. I decided that those would be PERFECT for a Dirty Santa gift exchange at work. (I was right - the gift recipient LOVED them!). I also bought motivational stickers to add to my holiday cards for decoration and a kitschy alligator pin for the lapel of my jacket. At the checkout counter, I met the owner, Paula, who was very friendly, informative, and efficient. She even neatly gift wrapped the socks (how thoughtful!) since I mentioned that I was bringing them with me to my holiday office party later that afternoon. I will definitely be visiting this store again for gift ideas and to see the new seasonal items that Paula displays the next time were in town. Ill tell my friends about this place so they can enjoy the interesting variety that this gift shop carries. Thanks for making our first visit a pleasant and memorable experience!
