After chatting with the owner about their custom designs, I was so impressed that I’m now in the process of having a custom bracelet made. Tracy Palmer Honest service. EXTRAORDINARY. My husband gave me this ring on our 15th anniversary which symbolized a new beginning in our marriage. 3 years ago I went to the place I purchased it for its annual checkup. They told me that all 5 diamonds were loose and I should not even wear it until I gave them $475 to secure them. In the box it went until we could see spending the extra cash. I picked up an imitation ring to function as my wedding ring. Recently we sensed it was time to get my ring back on my hand and thought it best to find a local private jeweler, The Gold Exchange downtown Mount Dora. When I went to pick it up today, I learned that it just needed a bit of tightening and polishing. The charge?? Here I had not enjoyed my beautiful symbol for 3 years. I was so overjoyed to see my beautiful ring on my finger I broke into tears. The fabulous lady who served us appreciated the meaning and joined me in celebration. We have found our new jeweler!

Katheryne Chester I highly recommend this jewelry store. I brought in 3 watches to be cleaned and serviced. I was figuring it would take at least 3-4 days. I was shocked when all 3 were ready within 24 hours. Batteries replaced and completely cleaned and buffed out. They are super friendly and family owned. John This is not a pawn shop like you think. You look at the location, the name, the bars on the windows and think, this place is gonna smell like cigarette smoke and be crusty like its out of a bad 1980s movie. THIS IS NOT THAT AT ALL. Their shop is incredibly clean and organized, the staff were FANTASTIC, upbeat, and eager to chat. Their assistance was TOP NOTCH, and they had no qualms about answering questions. Their Ammo prices are FANTASTIC, extremely competitive and I personally found better than big box stores. While their ammunition selection and firearms selection might not be what a dedicated gun shop has, its quite decent regardless and they do carry some odd ball stuff like 25 ACP and 38 Super Carry, in addition to 9mm, 10mm, and 45 ACP. This is a great place to find some deals, my experience easily reflects the 5 star rating I am giving them.
