We spent a bit of time in there picking just the right necklace charm for my accomplishment. The piece I decided on had to be ordered and was likely a 7 day turn around. To our surprise the piece arrived the very next day and before my graduation. When I picked it up and thanked them they told me that they called he company after ordering to put a rush on it because they could see how much it meant to us.
