Autumn 10/10 recommend! My experience with Lisa was great. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and super quick but thorough. I got a necklace and an anklet and both came out perfect! David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

Lori Fallon McGlynn Myself and my husband have been return customers at Lovejoy for approximately the last 10 years. Ace, the owner, has done a remarkable job at always trying to please his customers with all of the stunning items that he sells at his fine store. With that being said I purchased a Pre Owned Presidential Rolex watch there for my husband that was in like new condition. It also had a 2 year warranty left from having recently been serviced by Rolex. Ace is a wonderful owner and thoroughly enjoys his fabulous store & customers as well! His store is filled with wonderful Jewlery and gorgeous Antiques as well. We have sent many of our friends there who have also purchased a Rolex watches and jewelry as well. If youre ever in Naples please make sure that you take a trip down 5th Avenue and make a visit to Lovejoys. Trust me you will definitely not be disappointed one single bit. Another thing Id like to say is that Ace is among one of the most trustworthy owners of a store like his. We are forever grateful to Ace for always being there for us either to make a purchase or else get our jewelry fixed or our watches serviced. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!
