C Kristin (Kris) I am absolutely in love with Watson Jewelers! I visited the store for the first time, in need of an appraisal on a ring I had recently purchased. Philip immediately greeted me, and was very welcoming. I was completely comfortable with his expertise in jewelry and felt he was honest with the final outcome and price. He spent a great deal of time and research making me feel valued as a customer. I ended up getting my ring polished and cleaned, which turned out stunningly beautiful! Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks
