5 /5 Deanna Butts: I was a little afraid of shopping online for an upgrade to my engagement ring, but Venazia was awesome. My person, Nathalie, was extremely helpful and kept me updated the entire time. I designed my own ring and Nathalie helped me thru the design process and sent me mock ups. The fit was perfect and the outcome was perfect! I absolutely loved the rings!! Thank you, Nathalie!! Update - I’ve lost some weight and I needed my ring to be resided by a quarter size. While at that, I wanted a few changes to the ring after living in it for a few months. Nathalie, once again, was amazing! She worked with me to get the perfect fit and make the little changes that I wanted to my ring. I cannot express gratification enough! Updated photos are attached!

5 /5 Christina Perkins: Nathalie was absolutely incredible. We bought my second wedding ring from her, and the entire experience was beyond anything I expected. I thought I had a certain style in mind - but Nathalie instantly had a feel for what would truly look good on me. It was like she just knew, and she was right. I also wanted custom bands that would wrap around the ring, and she didn’t hesitate for a second. “We can do that, no problem.” The ring turned out stunning. Her inventory is gorgeous across the board. From the moment I met her, it felt like I’d known her for years. So warm, so welcoming, and incredibly responsive. And on top of all that, my ring was ready in under a week. That kind of service is rare…especially in Miami. I can’t recommend her enough.

5 /5 John: From start to finish; Nathalie was absolutely wonderful to work with! After other local jewelers didn’t want to work with me due to my schedule, I found Venazia through google search. I’m so thankful that I did! They went above and beyond! I opted for a custom wedding set to be made. We went over CAD drawings and they took everything I said into consideration and made the most perfect rings I could have asked for all the little details and everything! She said yes many years ago to me and it was finally time to get my other half something she should have been wearing the whole time. Thank you Nathalie! P.S. pictures do not do this ring justice.

I was a little skeptical buying online (due to the endless scams now-a-days) and I shared that concern with her. She completely understood and even offered to do a FaceTime appointment to reassure me that Venazia is a legitimate, trustworthy business. The quality of the ring was exactly what she promised. I would 10/10 recommend Nathalie and Venazia to anyone!
