nick allen This is the most honest and caring family operated pawn shop in the business. They give top dollar for your pawn and give reasonable offers to buy your valuables. Would highly recommend you using their services. They also have a very wide array of items to purchase at reasonable prices. They truly are a great shop and I use them whenever I am in a jam.

It was very clear upon my first visit to the store that they pride themselves on their attention to detail and superior quality. I worked with Jasmine to redesign three of my rings and she could not have been more helpful. She has a wealth of knowledge and a very keen eye for design. Emma Williams I was looking for a new jeweler and stopped in. I was more than impressed. They were very friendly. I bought a beautiful new ring at a great price. They cleaned my jewelry and it looks like new. They also gave me a great price on my jewelry I wanted to sell.

F B Very friendly, knowledgeable, and their quality of products is legitimate! I was allergic to the previous earrings I was using, and tried using a few online companies, which ended up being worse. They used a metal detecting jewelry gun to verify that the ones I purchased online were garbage (and can be dangerous to your health), versus theirs which are cleaner. I bought an affordable pair of stud earrings made of 14K gold and zirconium (non-metal, allergy friendly) for a very fair price. I’ve learned that investing a little bit extra for finer quality jewelry is absolutely worth the investment. I will definitely be back for more soon!

She and Farzin accomplished the near impossible and got me a gorgeous ring and had it earlier than promised. This is my new favorite jewelry store. He takes the time to better understand your needs and is able to provide you high quality jewelry at a great price. He appraised all my jewelry when I moved down for insurance purposes. I have worked with him on my insurance claim as I lost a pair of earrings. He made the process seamless as possible! Love my new pair! A few of my friends have gotten their engagement rings there, which was how I heard of him. Highly recommend!

B Victory Wandered in here on our vacation. Lots of awesome crystals and things, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were just browsing, but one of the workers struck up conversation with us while I was looking at the animal carvings. I found a nice tigers eye cat, and that was going to be it for me I thought it was the only cat. The gentleman chatting with us ended up going on a grand hunt with me and found me a malachite cat as well, and then I happened upon a lion carving which he showed me its fluorescent when exposed to blacklight. I purchased all three. I really enjoyed our experience at this store, and I wish I would have gotten the mans name, he was awesome and deserved recognition for taking the time to be so helpful. Usually when we go into a store like this, were ignored. Was not my experience, here. Very helpful staff and the guy working 6/17 deserves a raise!

Marlo Martin I initially visited Charles Jewelers to get earring posts put on my tiger eye roses. When I picked them up (they did a great job) I saw the most beautiful opal with diamonds ring in the case. I ended up deciding I had to give it some thought. So then the lady got out a tray of estate jewelry and I found a sapphire ring I loved. I bought the sapphires, picked up my earrings and left. But I couldn’t get the opal out of my mind, I went back to get it a couple of days later. Both times I spent time in this store all of the ladies I spoke with were super nice and we had great conversation about not only jewelry. I leave this store in a brighter mood than I entered with, I will definitely return (when I can justify to myself buying an opal necklace I saw).

Rocio Johnson What a wonderful store. The owners were very knowledgeable about the crystals, and they are so sweet with kids. We picked a beautiful crystal crown for my daughters birthday, and shes thrilled. Well be back!
