1 /5 OSAMA KIRKBOYZ: WARNING‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT BUY NO GOLD FROM THEM, THEY SELL GOLD PLATED, AND GOLD FILLED JEWELRY TO SCAM CUSTOMERS OUT OF THOUSANDS, I WANTED TO UPGRADE MY CUBAN LINK CHAIN I ALREADY HAD PURCHASED FROM NYC 200g CUBAN LINK I TRADED IT TO THEM FOR A 350g CUBAN LINK AND A ADDITIONAL $6,400 FOR THE DIFFERENCE,WE MADE THE TRADE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD UNTIL ONE DAY I JUST LOOKING AT MY CHAIN THEN I NOTICE SOMETHING ON IT,I THOUGHT DID I GET FOOD ON IT,OR MAYBE DRIED LOTION,IM LIKE WHATEVER,SO I PROCEEDED TO TRY TO SCRATCH IT OFF IM THINK MAYBE WHATEVER IT IS DRIED UP PRETTY GOOD,WENT AND GOT SOME ALCOHOL TO TRY TO WIPE IT OFF (that’s how much I was in denial) AS I LOOKED DEEPER I REALIZED THAT’S MISSING GOLD,THE GOLD PLATE CHIPPED OFF REVEALING THE REAL MATERIAL UNDER IT,,SO I DECIDED TO GET AN EXPERT OPINION,SO I WENT TO NUMEROUS JEWELRY STORES AND PAWN SHOPS TO GET TESTED AND THE ALL CAME BACK WITH THE SAME RESULTS THAT ONE LINK IS NOT GOLD.. SO I BRING THE CHAIN BACK TO GOLDNDIAMOND (Neal) EXPLAINING TO HIM THAT ONE LINK IS FAKE AND I DONT WANT IT BECAUSE WHO TO SAY ITS NOT MORE FAKE LINKS SOMEWHERE ELSE MIXED IN,STARTED TO GET DEFENSIVE SAYING ITS NOT FAKE ITS WHITE GOLD SOLDER (remind you there’s no such thing called white gold solder,,solder is other materials used to bind gold together its not actually gold) HE CONTINUED TO SAY IM GOING TO MAKE YOU A NEW ONE WE DONT SELL FAKES,IM LIKE OK COOL NO PROBLEM,WAITED FOR ABOUT 2WEEKS BUT DIDNT HOLD IT AGAINST HIM BECAUSE IT WAS A STORM,EVENTUALLY I GOT IT THE NEW CHAIN EVERYTHING WAS GOOD,WE EVEN MADE A DEAL ON A RING I WANTED TO BUY EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH,WENT ON WITH MY DAILY LIFE,ABOUT 3MONTHS LATER I DECIDED TO JUST LOOK AT EVERY LINK AND NOTICE THE CHAIN HE (NEAL) GAVE ME STARTED DOING THE SAME THING THIS TIME EVEN MORE LINKS, 3 LINKS TO BE EXACT AND IT WAS EVERY OTHER LINK THAT PATTERN ONLY SCARES ME.MORAL OF DONT BUY FROM THEM THEYRE RIP OFFS..Ps THEY WILL BE GETTING A CALL FROM LAWYER..

3 /5 Jizel Salas: My fiance purchased my engagement ring from here back in October, I dropped it off to be resized after the proposal in Dec. When I picked the ring up, the original box it came in was missing, which I wouldn’t find to be a big deal but they had no extra boxes that came with the LED lighting like the original, so a standard box was given to me only after I asked for it. I didn’t think I had to inspect the ring before leaving & when I returned home I found there was a diamond missing out of my ring. We live two hours away & I was not about to make a 4th trip out there to try & argue with them about the missing diamond. The ring itself is beautiful, but for the money it was a really disappointing experience customer service wise.
