1 /5 Daiji: I purchased a beautiful 1993 Rolex datejust with a Roman numeral dial from this store — the piece itself was stunning and in excellent condition. Initially, I was very happy with the purchase.
However, about a month later, I noticed the crown wasn’t functioning properly. Since the watch came with a one-year warranty, I reached out expecting a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience started to unravel.
It took multiple attempts just to get in touch with the right person. I was bounced around between departments, and when I finally got connected with someone named Sam, he was unresponsive for weeks despite my follow-up emails. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get a response — and only then did the tone shift completely. Suddenly, replies came quickly and the issue was taken seriously.
They did fix the watch, but when they returned it, the original box and papers were missing. I had to reach out again, and when they finally shipped those, they sent them to the wrong address. That added yet another delay, and more back-and-forth.
In the end, I did receive everything. But the overall experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I believe in holding businesses accountable when service falls short — especially when the initial attitude shifts only after a financial dispute is filed. That’s not the kind of integrity I expect when buying a timepiece of this level.
I hope they take this feedback to heart and improve their post-sale support. The quality of the product deserves to be matched by the quality of the service.
