sandra samaan We had such a great experience at Keno Brothers Jewelers. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two adorable fur babies. Then we met Bruce-he was super friendly, and easy to talk to. We went in to sell some gold, already having a price in mind, but Bruce actually offered us more than we expected. He took the time to explain how gold pricing works and he gave us some great info on diamonds and watches too. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking to sell or buy. If you are in the market for a new watch this place should be at the top of your list. We left feeling really good about the whole experience.

Timothy Hill Kingsmark Jewelers took a fixed a ring that I’ve had for over 15 years. It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

Mark Loren Designs - Fort Myers
David Meyers My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmothers. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40s. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmothers ring. This design is based on her grandmothers ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmothers ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.

Beautiful showroom with new and some estate or previously owned pieces. It’s my go to place for all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend. Please be patient as showroom does get very busy. Mary Ellen I have wanted to shop in this store for years and finally did. Wonderful environment felt upon walking in. Greeted by Kristal and her fur baby friend. No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.
