But it was a hefty purchase so I had been putting it off and didnt know if I wanted to spend the money...Well I stumbled into L&Ks at Altamonte Mall the other day and was immediately greeted by Kahn. He was so nice and professional and he was teaching me all about different brands and lo and behold they had the watch I had been looking at. I never felt pressured at all, just informed on watches. They had some of the best pricing I had seen around and I left the store still not purchasing. Well, I got to my car and I just felt good about the whole interaction so I went back and purchased the watch! Kahn and his mother were so nice and so excited for me. I had such a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for watches, wedding/engagement rings or necklaces and everything in between. Jacques Dawnmarie I feel that Ive always been given fair market value for whatever I have brought into the store. They are quick fast and efficient. I brought an entire box of stuff in there and the woman behind the counter checked everything for me and let me know what was real gold and silver and what was it. I feel this is the only place in Ocala where you can sell your gold and silver and get good prices for your stuff that you dont want anymore.

Brittany Hubschman I’ve worked with Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation before, and they have always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final pieces and the entire experience. Highly recommend Matthew’s Jewelers!

B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time!
