But it was a hefty purchase so I had been putting it off and didnt know if I wanted to spend the money...Well I stumbled into L&Ks at Altamonte Mall the other day and was immediately greeted by Kahn. He was so nice and professional and he was teaching me all about different brands and lo and behold they had the watch I had been looking at. I never felt pressured at all, just informed on watches. They had some of the best pricing I had seen around and I left the store still not purchasing. Well, I got to my car and I just felt good about the whole interaction so I went back and purchased the watch! Kahn and his mother were so nice and so excited for me. I had such a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for watches, wedding/engagement rings or necklaces and everything in between. Being in the design field, my wife had a ring design in mind for years—something unique yet practical that she wouldn’t have to remove every time she visited a construction site. When I first met with Jorge, I saw one of his custom sports jewelry pieces. As avid mountain bikers, I thought she may like it, so I showed it to her—and her face immediately lit up. She asked, “Do you think he’d let me combine his design with mine?” Not only was Jorge open to the idea, he embraced it wholeheartedly. He listened carefully to every detail and comment, patiently incorporated numerous changes throughout the process, and brought the design to life with a detailed 3D rendering and then a mold, ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond sourcing the perfect emeralds and making sure every element of the rings was just right. The final piece left her speechless—it’s personal and completely unique. We were so thrilled with how her rings turned out that we decided to create a custom ring for me and earrings for my wife as well. Once again, Jorge took the time to understand our vision, listened patiently, and exceeded all expectations. Jorge’s craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication to his clients are unmatched. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Additionally, he filled out the registration card which was not done when the watch was purchased from Reed’s online. He also let me try on a number of other Hamilton and Longines watches and was extremely friendly and patient. Highly recommend Reed’s jewelers.

allen hernon Long time coming on this review. I have never been treated better when purchasing jewelry from here. First time I came in board shorts and a tank top which brings a lot of judgmental eyes in most shops in the area. They treated me with the most respect and worked out a way to get the perfect engagement ring for my now wife. A few months later I come in for something for my mom they say hello to me by name. A few years later I go to buy a 1775 fleet coin and they are so knowledgeable and honest about the coins. There is no other jeweler in Vero who treats people like this. If you’re shopping around you will always end here as the best.
