Edison and Brian, the jewelers, are top-notch craftsmen, and the woman at the front counter is always welcoming and professional. They’ve worked on my Rolexes multiple times—adjusting links, fixing latches, and even resetting parts. In most cases, they’ve done these minor repairs without even charging me (though I always insist on paying). That level of kindness and integrity is rare. They’re trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely good people. I’ve left everything from a $50,000 to a $100,000 Rolex Watch in their care without a second thought. Whether you need a quick fix or something more involved, you can trust them to handle it with care and excellence. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Amanda: If I could give ten stars I would. I had ordered a custom 14k white gold urn bracelet online as a gift and when I received it the engraving was all wrong. I didn’t know what to do. I found Edison and his store and brought it to him. He was able to remove the bad engraving and reengrave the bracelet right in front of me. It’s perfect! So professional him and his crew are. I am forever grateful. Thank you

They fixed / reshaped my band in like 5 minutes.. and only charged me $10 dollars. Check the before and after photos. These people are amazing. Thank you so much!!
