I was talking to a friend of mine who referred me to the sons owner after his experience at Hits Jewelry Miami. I was looking at Zales, Kay Jewelers, and other jewelry stores that were main stream prior to hitting up Hits Jewelry Miami. After extensive discussions on what type of engagement ring I wanted for my girl, he picked out an awesome ring and instead of a traditional diamond, he hooked me up with a one karat ruby from Madagascar and even had my our names engraved inside the band! No need to tell you what my girlfriends reaction was, as now Im working with them on her wedding band now. I have a nice ring that will accompany the engagement band and now with her having diamonds and a ruby, her wedding band will have diamonds and a heart-shape sapphire. The customer service you get here, and the products they have are defiantly better than what I have seen at other jewelry stores as Hits does custom work to tailor to your specific requests which is something most others do not offer. They even offer discounts for Military and others as well which is something others do not do which surprised me when I was looking at other stores. So my final opinion, give this place a shot and make this your first place to look at! If I went elsewhere instead, I would have cheated myself, my soon-to-be wife, and my wallet. You wont regret this place, I guarantee it!
