I have purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses from them -- my husband loves them and were a great deal! Each time, they have been responsive and quick to get the glasses sent out! The next time we are in Tampa, we plan on visiting the store again!

James Ackert I have used these folks to size an Omega watch bracelet and polish a nice Tissot watch with an 18k gold bezel. Heather Packert The best customer service! Visited without an appointment a few weeks ago with my three children. Staff greeted us so kindly when we entered and directed me to the right area. I had a Tiffany item that needed to be restored. The associate took it to the back and I assumed Id be dropping it off for a while and have to pay. She came back quickly with a big smile and said it was on the house. How sweet it was for her to take her time to help me. My kids and I shopped around for a bit and I will definitely be back for gifts & some personal jewelry. The shop is clean and organized and very well maintained. What a great local find!
